G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) have been targeted mainly in a wide range of diseases. Still, few therapies have been directed against GPCRs in the field of cancer, partly because of the lack of effective target identification strategies.
During the webinar that will be presented by our CSO Maria Majellaro, we will discuss the possibility of using Celtarys fluorescent probes for GPCR characterization in drug screening methodologies.
Using colorectal cancer (CRC) as a model, we will explore the gene expression of a panel of GPCRs in tumour and stromal cells, defining each cellular compartment in living cells using fluorescent probes for semi-quantitative Adenosine A2B receptor mapping.
