Celtarys develops a new FRET based assay in collaboration with CiQUS and CiMUS

We are very proud to present our last paper in collaboration with the Institute of Neuroscience of the Universitat de Barcelona, the CiQUS – Center for Research in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Materials and the CiMUS (Center for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases) of the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela.

In the article we show the validation of a Tag-lite® binding assay designed for screening of new modulators for #Cannabinoid Receptors employing a dual fluorescent ligand, CELT-335, developed at Celtarys Research.

Given the many physiological and pathological pathways in which #cannabinoid receptors are involved and the subsequent interest in identifying new binders, we believe this new #fluorescent probe will be highly useful for screening in hit and lead identification campaigns.

We would like to thank Revvity for providing biological material for the HTRF Tag-lite®
